Kara Green is a co-founding member of LGA Capital and brings with her nearly ten years of experience in business, marketing, and commercial real estate underwriting, as well as placement of debt and equity. 

As principal Kara manages LGA’s day to day operations and oversees the underwriting of each transaction. Kara is additionally responsible for directing the firm’s business development activities and manages all new investment opportunities. 

Kara is a graduate of the University of Florida and received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in marketing from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in Baltimore, MD.

Kara lives in Rockville with her husband, David, and their two young children..
