LGA Capital was engaged to underwrite, structure, and arrange the financing for Triview I the first building in a multi-phase development located in Draper, Utah. 

Triview I includes 448 market rate Class A residential units with ground floor amenities and structured parking. The project is centrally located among the “Silicon Slopes,” approximately 20 minutes south of downtown Salt Lake City. This region has seen a surge in population growth driven by the rapid expansion of high-income employment in the technology sector. The area is considered a major tech hub and is home to a number of multinational hardware and software companies including Adobe, Dell EMC, eBay, IM Flash, Microsoft, and Oracle. 

LGA structured the debt and equity financing for this $97 million development and is currently working on the second phase which is expected to have an additional 400 market rate units.
