LGA Capital was engaged to arrange the debt financing for three contiguous parcels of land located adjacent to the Largo Metro Station in Largo, MD. Consisting of approximately 10 acres zoned MXT (Mixed Use Transportation Oriented District), the site will ultimately be developed into a variety of residential and commercial uses.

The long-term development of this site will be an ongoing asset to the greater Largo Town Center which includes the new University of Maryland Medical Center complex.

This loan was successfully closed in March of 2020.
