LGA Capital arranged financing for the purchase of a two-story mixed-use (residential over retail) building located on historic Duval Street in the heart of Key West, Florida.

Because of the age and location in a Historic Residential Commercial Core District LGA had to address several issues to finance the property. These included historic preservation, environmental, zoning (legal nonconforming use), and floodplain insurance.

LGA Capital utilized loan proceeds made available under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 501 loan program.
