LGA Capital was engaged to underwrite, structure and arrange the construction financing for a 50,000-square foot neighborhood shopping center on the Branch Avenue Metro adjacent to Joint Base Andrews.
This project is part of a larger, master-planned town center development that includes Class A residential rental units and the 575,000-square foot headquarters to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This project will ultimately serve more than 4,000 GSA employees, 6,400 daily metro riders, 2,500 town center residents, and 25,000+ area employees.
The transaction successfully closed in December 2018.
